Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order, which means production begins once your order is placed. This allows us to create each piece with care and minimize waste. 

Processing Time: Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to be produced before shipping. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Orders are completed on a first come, first serve basis. If you require expedited processing and shipping times, please reach out before you place your order to ensure that will be possible. 

Shipping Times (after production):
Canada: 5-10 business days 

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Delays:
Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as rowanandco.riley@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or past estimated delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
