All of our items are made to order, which means each piece is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this custom and print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once your order is placed. 

This approach allows us to minimize waste and operate sustainably while ensuring every item is made with care and attention to detail.

If your item arrives and you have any issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at rowanandco.riley@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll gladly review it and arrange a solution if appropriate.
